Joe Staton

Joe Staton has been making a living drawing comic books for over forty years. He started working for Charlton Comics on April 19, 1971 and soon found himself working on major DC titles, including  All-Star Squadron, Green Lantern, Guy Gardner, The Legion,The Huntress, Action Comics, and Batman. He won an Eisner Award in 1998 for World’s Finest: The Superman-Batman Adventure, in the animated style. For ten years, he was the lead artist of Scooby Doo. In 2011, he took over drawing the adventures of the top detective of them all – Dick Tracy. He hopes to draw Tracy until 2031, when the character celebrates his 100th birthday!
